This is contrary to traditional payment methods such as wire transfers where a payment transaction can take several days. Furthermore, the decentralized nature of cryptocurrency has made it possible for businesses to open their doors for international customers for whom their products or services were initially inaccessible. Cryptocurrency transactions are capable of taking place at near-instant speeds, so there’s less wait time between making a sale and seeing the payment clear. Digital currency transaction times do depend on the type of currency you choose to accept. Each transaction is also more secured due to the blockchain verification process.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will give you a free replacement or a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Please submit your request to help@wakepatriot.com with the subject line “RETURNS,” and include your full name, order date, and order number. If multiple products with the same design are wrong or damaged, we will also require you to include a photo of the affected items. The Wake Patriot Customer Service team is available Monday to Friday, 9-4pm EST, and will respond to all requests within one business day.

Please note:If the order shipping details were incorrect, or you order the wrong size or color, Wake Patriot will not replace or refund the item. The customer is responsible for checking garment Size Charts, and ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

What if I need to cancel an order?

If your order has been sent to production, it means that we are already working on fulfillment and may not be able to cancel the order for a full refund. However, in all cases our Customer Service team will do their best to stop your order before it heads to production, so we can cancel the order for a full refund.

To request a cancellation, forward your initial order confirmation email to help@wakepatriot.com with the subject line “URGENT - ORDER CANCELLATION.” Please note: cancellation refunds are not guaranteed. If the production process begins on your order, we can not offer a refund.

What if I entered the wrong ship-to address?

To request an address change on a new order, forward your initial order confirmation email to help@wakepatriot.com with the subject line “URGENT - ADDRESS CHANGE.” Please note: shipping address changes are not guaranteed. If the order has already been prepared for shipping, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed in the order they were received and must be pre-approved by the Wake Patriot Customer Service team. All refunds will be processed to the customer’s original form of payment. Once a refund has been approved and processed, the money can take up to 14 business days to appear in your account. To request a refund, use the Refund Request form to contact the Wake Patriot Customer Service team Monday to Friday, 9-4pm EST. We will respond to all requests within 1 business day.

How are items shipped?

Orders Within the United States

All minimum order of $50 qualify for FREE SHIPPING within the continental United States. These items will be shipped via standard USPS for delivery within 2-5 business days. Minimum orders of $50 may also select our $8.95 flat-rate Express service within the United states to receive packages within 2-3 business days. If your total order is under $50, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout using the USPS (or equivalent) calculated rates. 99% of our products are printed within the United States, and will ship directly from the printer.

Please note: Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States may take an additional 7-12 business days for delivery.

International Orders

For items shipped outside the Continental US, your shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. International express shipping takes 3-5 business days. As soon as the postal service tracking information becomes available, an email with the tracking number (if applicable) will be sent to you.

Please note: Shipping is not available to Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, or Ukraine.

Items shipped to military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO) will be shipped via USPS.

Shipping Delays

All our products are printed on-demand, which means that garments are not pre-printed. 99% of orders placed on Wake Patriot Apparel will be produced and shipped within 2-7 business days; however, there are cases when production delays may be caused holidays and high-volume seasons, the garment is out of stock, or your order did not pass our rigorous quality check and needed to be re-printed.

In all cases, we will keep you informed via email with a ship-by date estimate. This date is not a guarantee. Please make sure to add help@wakepatriot.com to your email address book so you never miss a message, and check your spam filter daily if you are expecting a package. 

Because each item is printed according to your size and color requests, we do not offer refunds for delayed orders. Production times cannot be expedited; however, you may request a shipping upgrade to speed up the delivery time.
